"Traditional Chinese tea-making techniques & related customs" were successfully included in the UNESCO Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage on November 29, 2022. Among Chinese scented teas, jasmine tea is the most representative. It is also the largest-selling scented tea type on the market and is loved by the majority of tea drinkers. With more than 2,000 years of cultural history & traditional craftsmanship, jasmine tea was originally the hometown of Fuzhou. It is praised by foreigners as the flavor of China & is famous for its unique floral fragrance and fresh taste. There is too much confusion about what "flower", "flower tea" & "herbal tea" are. Why don't we learn from the beginning again how to select, taste the jasmine tea scenting technology, the traditional craft jasmine tea ! Activities: 1. Tea Classification of Flower Tea 2.
