Service Description

All things in the universe are summarized into five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. These elements are interrelated and influence each other, and also correspond to the organs and functions of the human body. The purpose of the "Five Elements Tea Therapy" workshop is to allow participants to understand the basic principles of the Five Elements theory and the characteristics and efficacy of tea, and learn to use this knowledge to improve their own health and quality of life. Participants will have the opportunity to taste a variety of different types of tea and learn how to choose the right type based on their constitution and needs. Workshops may include tea brewing techniques and methods, as well as how to use tea to regulate different physical states and emotions to achieve physical and mental health and balance. Duration :1.5 hours Fees: Each HK$680/ pax ** Each participant will receive a souvenir Address: Rm R3, 4/F, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road,                 Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (MTR Kwun Tong Exit B) Attention before class: 1/ Forbidden to apply scented hand cream/perfume before class 2/ Eat some food first prevent empty stomach 3/ If you need to change the activity, please notify 48 hours before the start of the tea class. Students can arrange another time for the class within six months 4/ No refund of our event once booked 5/ Participants must arrive on time. 6/ If the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is in effect, we will inform and re-schedule. **Tutors can teach in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. ** Customized Private/school/corporate/group courses/activities are welcome. Cancellation Policy

1/ If you need to reschedule your tea class, please notify us 48 hours prior to the class start date. Students can schedule another class within six months. 2/ Reservations are non-refundable. 3/ Tea classes will proceed as scheduled. Please be sure not to be late. 4/ If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is in effect, staff will notify guests of the tea class's contingency plans and event schedule.
