Service Description

All things in the universe are summarized into five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. These elements are interrelated and influence each other, and also correspond to the organs and functions of the human body. The purpose of the "Five Elements Tea Therapy" workshop is to allow participants to understand the basic principles of the Five Elements theory and the characteristics and efficacy of tea, and learn to use this knowledge to improve their own health and quality of life. Participants will have the opportunity to taste a variety of different types of tea and learn how to choose the right type based on their constitution and needs. Workshops may include tea brewing techniques and methods, as well as how to use tea to regulate different physical states and emotions to achieve physical and mental health and balance.
