Service Description

Mindful Tea Therapy workshop provide a quiet, relaxing environment where participants can escape from daily stress and busyness and focus on self-care and physical and mental health. Participants learn how to select & brew tea, and savor the aroma and taste of tea. This process not only allows participants to enjoy delicious tea, but also cultivates concentration, relaxation, and enhances inner tranquility. In addition to the tea ceremony experience, participants can relax their body and mind through meditation and breathing exercises, reduce stress, and enhance awareness of the present moment. Meditation exercises help balance emotions, enhance self-awareness, and promote physical and mental healing and relaxation.
