In this advanced class, students will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the essence of Chinese tea culture. They will learn about different types of Chinese tea, tea sets and tea making techniques, and learn about the origin, production process and characteristics of tea. Through practice and experience, students' tea art skills and tea tasting ability will be improved. Students will have the opportunity to participate in the design and production of creative tea art, displaying their unique artistic talents, and will also learn to appreciate the beauty of tea art works and tea sets, and express their understanding and feelings about art. In addition to Chinese tea culture, students will also learn about tea cultures from around the world. They will learn about the differences in tea varieties, tea ceremonies and tea cultures in different countries and regions, thus expanding their horizons and knowledge about tea. Such curriculum design aims to provide a comprehensive and in-depth learning experience, enabling students to better understand and appreciate Chinese tea culture, while broadening their artistic vision, and learning about tea customs and cultures around the world. Tea room equipment: 1/ Advanced interactive TV + computer ppt + video teaching 2/ Standard tea samples of each category of tea are prepared for each class 3/ The first "world's highest certification and Hong Kong's only teaching and display space for water purification system equipment that meets the National Sanitation Foundation NSF58 (including NSF42/53) certification standards" in Hong Kong 4/ In order to improve the quality of tea making and drinking water for students, each student is welcome to bring their own water/filtration system drinking water to the tea room for testing and analysis of popular science analysis equipment. Things to note before class: 1/ Do not wear scented hand cream and perfume before class 2/ Do not fast before class, eat a little food first 3/ If you need to change or cancel the activity, please notify 48 hours before the start of the tea class.
